Start a new Christmas family tradition with us in December.  It’s time for Amahl, his mother, and his special friends to return and once again give us a glimpse of the first Christmas.  Paul once again takes up his baton to conduct this delightful American Christmas children’s classic.  In this musical, the birth of our Savior is heralded by the miraculous healing of a small child, Amahl.  John Fowler, Jason McKinney, Dan Stein, and Jeff Gwaltney are our front line singers for this production.   This stunning cast will be surrounded by the sounds of the Trinity Music Academy Orchestra with Sophia at the piano.  Join us for a Christmas celebration that you and your children will not soon forget.  We guarantee you’ll be in the Christmas spirit!

Raleigh Symphony Orchestra with Sophia Pavlenko, piano

Sophia fires up this concert with her interpretation of Rachmaninoff’s Second Piano Concerto.  This is one of the world’s absolute favorite piano concertos – and not every concert pianist is up to playing it!  Our very own internationally acclaimed pianist and resident composer is certain to thrill you with her performance.  The Raleigh Symphony Orchestra is now North Carolina’s largest orchestra, a TMA returning favorite, and a partnering artistic organization to the Academy.  Paul takes the podium for this concert as regular guest conductor of the RSO.

Please note that because of the high interest for this concert, it will be held at West Montgomery High School.
